科研领域描述
缺血性脑卒中是危害人类生命健康的重大疾病。在全脑缺血或局部缺血的核心区,胞外谷氨酸浓度可达到100-300mM。谷氨酸的积累造成谷氨酸受体的过度激活,胞内钙离子超载,并引发神经元的凋亡及坏死。本实验室的兴趣在于利用电生理学和激光共聚焦成像技术、结合分子生物学等实验方法,研究脑缺血损伤过程中神经元钙稳态的调控机制、神经元与胶质细胞相互作用机制。另一方面,因冬眠动物达乌尔黄鼠具有耐受低温和低氧环境的特性,以及近期我们证实黄鼠能够一定程度抵抗心脏停跳导致的脑缺血损伤,本实验室希望从神经元及胶质细胞入手深入研究其缺血耐受的神经机制。
